These Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products from the HausOfGlitter.es online shop.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you agree to be bound by these terms and condition.
1. Procedures and notifications to the customer
When you place an order we will send you an email confirming the details of the order and informing you of its initial status.
Depending on the items, the order may take 24 or 48 days to be prepared (some items are handmade with each order). Once the preparation period has elapsed, the order will be sent. You will receive an email informing you of this. If for any reason we are unable to ship you, we will notify you with details of the cause.
2. Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, American Express through the Stripe platform or PayPal account.
3. Shipping and delivery times
Depending on the destination, volume of the package and type of courier used, we distinguish the following rates. These rates are reflected in the shopping cart, and are calculated depending on the quantity of items and the destination. The delivery times in all cases are estimated and informative but not binding and depend on the workload at the time of placing the order, the subcontracted transport agency and any customs formalities beyond our control.
Peninsular Spain and Andorra:
Standard delivery by post, estimated delivery time between 2 and 7 working days from the date of shipment of the order.
Balearic Islands
Standard: Standard delivery by post, estimated delivery time about 4 working days.
Canary Islands
Standard delivery by post, estimated delivery time between 5 and 6 working days after placing the order.
International destinations
Cheap international shipping with Correos España, estimated delivery time between 2 and 4 weeks from the date of order.
4. Returns
The product has been damaged in some way in its shipment
You can return the product as long as it has not passed 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order and is not unsealed. Contact us via our contact form on the
Contact page and inform us of this fact with a photo of the damage to the item as well as the part of the packaging affected and the shipping label.
The product has manufacturing defects in one or more of its components
You have up to 6 months from the date of receipt of the order to inform us of any manufacturing defect of the game through our form on the Contact page for the replacement of affected parts.
The product does not meet your expectations
You can return the product as long as it has not passed 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order and is unsealed and in perfect condition. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Glitterrific does not assume title to the returned product until it has been received at the return address. Glitterrific reserves the right, at its discretion, to refund the amount of the product without requiring its return. In this case, the title to the product whose price has been refunded shall not pass to Glitterrific.
